THIS JUST IN! The BAM Jam USA tournament dates have been moved to March 22-23.
The BAM Jam USA 3×3 Basketball tournament is a qualifying tournament for the USA Basketball national championship. The BAM Jam USA tournament is March 22-23, 2014 in Boise, Idaho. It is only for Men’s and Women’s Elite and Men’s and Women’s U18 teams. The tournament will take place at the same time as the Fast Eddy’s Spring BAM Jam at the Borah Sports Complex. If you would like to compete in a competitive division or recreational division or you are younger, there are still great divisions for you to play in.
The winning teams in these divisions will go on to represent the northwest at the national championships at the Olympic Training Center. The winning team at the national championship will represent the United States at the World Games.
There are divisions for Men’s and Women’s Open and Men’s and Women’s U18. The tournament will consist of pool play games followed by a seeded tournament.
To compete in the FIBA World Games, players must set up a profile on 3X3Planet and compete in 2 FIBA endorsed events. BAM Jam USA and the USA Basketball National Championship are both FIBA endorsed so players that play in both will be eligible.
BAM Jam 3×3 basketball tournaments have been operating since 2008 and have grown to the second largest 3×3 tournament in the northwest. BAM Jam tournaments are run by Idaho Select Basketball.
